In 1923, my grandfather made a bold journey from Italy to the United States in search of a better life. 🇮🇹 Like many immigrants of his time, he brought with him little more than determination, a strong work ethic, and a deep love for good food. Shortly after settling in Chicago, he opened his first grocery store—built on the core values of offering quality products, providing outstanding service, and supporting the community that welcomed him.

Those values didn’t just guide his business—they became a way of life for our family. My father continued the tradition, growing the business and passing along the same passion to the next generation. I still remember tagging along with him to the store when I was just 5 years old, eyes wide with excitement. I’d help stock shelves, greet customers, and soak up everything I could. Those early experiences taught me that food is more than just something we eat—it’s something that connects us.

As a third-generation grocer, I carry the torch with pride. Quality, service, and community aren’t just words to us—they’re principles we live by every day. My Italian heritage fuels my love for food and hospitality.
